Araku valley looks same past many years. I dont know why

I dont know... a few years back, during my college days, I dont know.


Yes, i realy dont know, what is happening to me. What my ideas were occupied with are so called "enjoyment" found in bike rides, diluted drops of C2H5OH and burnt 3-[(2S)-1-methylpyrrolidin-2-yl]pyridine.



When i've been to Araku valley for the first time, i was thrilled and excited looking at the beauty over there. people and smiles. posing for the photos taken for every now and then.

I was glad, that i am enjoying my life.. a few of my frnds dreamt of buying some land over there and live during the retirement life.

I saw that it is green all the way... it is so beautiful and was in a thought that this could be "painkiller for anyone".



Later on, after 3 yerars... after my graduation exams are done... all my frnds planned for a long drive of about 400KM on bikes, towards all the natural beauties in and around Araku valley. I was so excited to be there again... i was having a "wow" feeling. It was a complete 4 days trip.

The day has come, we started towards Paderu first and then towards Araku and then covered a few other villages around... all of us were very happy drivng.



Then i realised that, Araku is looking the same way as it was earlier... I dint see proper roads, good living conditions.. Majorly, the ppl are living in the same conditions. In the span of 3 yrs, nothing has happened, or i am not able to see the development??



I was surprised, that why nobody is questioning?

Then later when i spoke to a person over there, i got the answer, that ppl here do question, but din't get any answer from anyone... :O
On the bikes, we were riding in the night time, and we were alerted that there are Maos in the Paderu forests.

Later i thought, OK the Maos are there, they might be questioning, demanding the govt. It was that time, i learnt that recently firing happened in the forest. I think, it was because somebody is questioning/demanding for the basic needs.. the forest which look green while you go on roads is not actually green inside.. it turned red with the bloodshed.


The only personals getting a gain out from Araku are seems like, the travel agents, resorts and a few others, but not the villagers.

Yes, i saw that the resorts has changed their structural arrangements, how they look.

Travel agents have a good building over there.

We go there to those buildings/resorts and appreciate saying "wow.!! Araku has developed".. I dont see a sense/logic in commenting that. Development is not having nice banglows but food for the people.

I saw ppl sleeping on the roads.. ppl have been living in the huts for the past 63 years.

You dint notice that?? how fool are you to comment that "Araku is developping".. No, it is not Araku that has developed, it the corporates that developed.



Next time when you go to Araku, please get an info on how many schools, hospitals are built and how many roads were repaired, literacy rate before you commenting on development of Araku.


One of my frnd's mother is a teacher in a govt school at Araku.. he told me that the parents over there don't send their childrent to school but to work. He told me that ppl are not interested in going to school.. and one of my frnds from my college, started an NGO which will make villagers/tribals realise the importance of education...


Well, i want you to understand, why would any parent wants the kid not to study but to work?? What i know is that they are living in such conditions which compell them to work all the day.

If you look at the statistics, According to planning commission in India, there are about 75% of ppl in india living with below 25rs a day.. so how can you ask them to send their kids to school??
what we want here, is the uplift of living standards, not the corporate styles.

47% of the children exhibit a degree of malnutrition in India, ranking 2 in the world for malnutrition after Bangladesh. (So, if Bangladesh was not partitioned from India then we would be ranking 1 in malnutrition) [Source:Wiki].. Wouldn't that be sarcastic, if somebody wants to open an NGO to make the parents realise how important it is to feed their kids?? it is the same way with the schools.


Stop saying the word development, till everybody in India has equal freedom, equal rights. and major thing is when poor are not getting poorer.. I want you to think, why Araku is still called "Tribal area". Let that painting you always drew in your childhood with sunrays between the mountains come true.

Mixed feelings... I dont know how to react, because this is the first time i faced a situation like this.

Dont know, where to start... Ok let me begin from my class 10.

When i was in class 10, i wanted to become a bus conductor, the reason behind this was bus no. 747 in Vizag.

I still remember, bus reaches old Gajuwaka bus stop @ 7:15 Am without any delay. Filled with college girls (not women special, but looks like that). By the end of my 10th class, i realised that this job sucks, because later i got a chance to explore the other buses too, which went crowdless, and in the evenings, pungent smells out of that raising hands. yuck.!! And i woke up from the dreams where i am a bus conductor.

In my class 11,12.. i never thought of an ambition, i never took the words like "aim", "ambition", though my father compelled me to join the IIT-jee coaching center, my mind was not trying to fit those stuff in. And as the time went on, i dint bother for anything that would come-up in life.
Some time during the end of my journey in class 12, one of my lecturer's challenged me, that i can score a good rank in Jee, of course not IIT-Jee, the local one (EAMCET in Andhra Pradesh). That feeded some anger in me and resulted in a 2 months of serious bookishness. Bunked some IIT Jee classes to prepare for the local Jee.

With me, some frnds, who can do some physics and chemistry. they think that i do good maths. I dont know much maths, but somehow managed to get an impression of that sort


Ravi kishore, Srikanth, Guru, Me. we all bunk the class and go to a park to read some basics. I dont know, if somebody would bunk college to read.. :O, well we did that.

Somehow, Guru manged to take Ravi to movies. The Final day... that is EXAM DAY (EAMCET) has come and we are ready. I dont know how i did the exam, i came out of the exam hall without any expectations.

Later in few days the Key was released. Ravi called me up and told... "Dude, i've compared my answers to the key, i got 148 (of 160)", i was surprised.. not about his marks, but about his memory power.. "how this fellow managed to remember all the 160 questions that came in the exam and also the answers??".
Well, i dont even remember which set I've answered (Set A/B/C/D... like columns in an MS excel till VX.).

The twist is here... Result day has come.. I think all the credit goes to the HB pencil which i've used to bubble the answers on OMR sheet, i scored 9000 odd rank.
Immediatly, i called Kishore, to ask him how much he got.. (I was thinking of some single digited number).

He picked the call and told "Dude, i will call you later. busy @ home", i thought, he surely must've scored a state rank and his relatives came home and he is celebrating.

I went home paying 10rs to the Internet fellow for that damn print-out. My dad waiting for me "hmmm how much?"I told "10rs".

He was looking at me as if i did a murder for 10rs, oh my gosh... I told him 9000. He said nothing.
Nextday he went to office and came home, and told me that you are the top ranker... i was surprised and told my self "did the internet fellow gave me a wrong printout, so that i will come again for a printout then he would charge me another 10rs.. oh god, greedy internet fellows."

My dad clarified that the 9000 rank is right but the thing is my father collegue's sons none were to score less than 9000. (not all collegues, but of his known cirlce, may be 2-3.. :D lucky me)
Everybody was bearing a rank equal to their mobile numbers.
I then thought "hmm... good job dude", well, i dint see Ravi's photo in the news paper congratulating him. so i thought of calling him again.

Ravi picked the call and told "dude!! its 30000"..
me: oh, how it could be , you scored 148 compared to key?
ravi: no dude that key was wrong... :(, i got a total of 78.... huhuhh
me: muhahahha (like a rowdy laughing at the hero).
Ravi: ok bye dude.. will catch u in the long term class.
Me: yes, lets join the long term

I told my dad,
me: dad, let me go for the long term and get a rank in IIT-JEE.. :D (eeeeeeeeeeeeeee)
Dad: no son, understand the family situation, join some college and get a job and run the family.. you are grown up. i cant help the situation.
Me: ok cools... sure. i ll take that call.

I've joined Engineering, and opted for Btech Biotechnology as major. In 2004, everybody was racing to opt that course, because that A**hole Hindu paper education columnist told.
After that nothing happened which made my life too interesting... asking my self what is your Aim?, and answered it saying "later"
And the journey continued from engineering college to a s/w company, from fermentation tank to excel sheet... like a plastic cover flying in the heavy air...

Now, i am an export quality, thinking of all those days.... I pleed time to give me courage to answer my own question.

Now, if we go dig the spiritualism or learn about the philosophical thinkers of ancient Vedic culture, what that always said is, you can feel/learn about the fearless life in two ways: one is through becoming a saint and reading the vedic scriptures and visiting different cities(desa sanchari) to observe different situations.. the second is by living in the city between all the worldy pleasures and learn through experience.

"to get the moksha, u follow what ur heart/mind say, let that be the king of ur life, thats the best way to know, experience things. "

now if i understand/interpret above statements right, meaning, we have to learn things, gain knowledge by experience or by looking and thinking thus gaining Moksha.
When we will not be afraid of anything?? when we have knowledge.
We are not afraid of a small kid, because we know he can do no great harm, but we are afraid of snake, dog, or someother animal because we dont know when it would attack. If you have the knowledge of it, how to tame it, you will loose the fear in you and be happy.

Now you may ask me, how would one know that he/she has gained the knowledge? I say, we dont need to know that, when you are not afraid of anything in your life, Hidden/observable feeling of fear is out of our minds... Happy always and forever.
Man's main motto is to be happyy, no worries, no tensions.

If somebody assigns you some work, you feel tensed when you dont know how to do, when it would be done, what if you are stuck in between... so when you know all these details, no tensions, only happiness. I define Happiness as a Zero Tension Zone..
We reach this Zero tension zone by gaining knowledge on all the worldly pleasures.

Now i got the answer to my question, asked to myself in the begining of this post.....

I am knowledge, i am not an object, i am not a body with a mind.. but a thought with some body around it.!!

Gain knowledge..Be the knowledge.. spread the knowledge.. laugh at questions.

Attitudes... whats in your words...

Attitudes indirectly or directly affect behaviour in, virtually, every social interaction .

What i want to say is, people who use unparlimentary language (slangs) in public have an attitude "what so ever others think of me, i am like this. because i am liking this"

why do they conclude that they are liking that particular attitude, because nobody will try to mess with them.

They avoid ppl by their rude atttitude.

back to the first line in this post....
The behaviour they have is that ppl should agree that the person is superior and has a better explaination of every damn thing happening in this world.

Frnds, when you see someone using slangs immaterial to what the topic is, then immediatly praise them, they will shut their mouth.

What a funny thing respect is..

Respect??

WTF?? what is respect???

as the definition says "A feeling of deep admiration for someone or something elicited by their abilities, qualities, or achievements." And people show respect to those only, with whom they can benefit something. [something can be anything]

So, as an individual, we can never gain respect until we achieve something great.

We get respect only if we show something. Then i don't want that respect. If i accept it, i will loose my freedom of being my own in front of/among them. I am not rude.

Only people who want respect back, only will respect, because it was said "give respect and take respect".

If i respect someone, and if that someone wanted that to continue then, what he does is tries to know what i like and do the same when he/she is with me.

Buddy, i am not interested in respecting you and making u loose your freedom. And dont respect me and dont make me loose my freedom.

Ok so, what i should do?? what you should do??

Respect my word if it right to you, I will respect your words if they are right to me. I will identify you as my buddy, dude, frnd, brother, sister.. but not as a sir or Madam.

If i said that, then it is sarcastic.

Now where is the respect???

So my dear frnd, Dont respect someone, respect that someone's "words". Else, go fcuk in your world of overaction.

Specially in this world of global labour pool, respect is a funny thing you can never find.

hahahha... Respect..... In this field, Never. In this field, Respect is, only for a speculated period, i.e. only when ppl are depending on you.

My frnd, dont fight for respect, strive for food. Do your work, if somebody is rude then it is their fate. If somebody respects you, even that too is their fate. Earn some money, go home enjoy with your family and frnds. Thats it, nothing to worry about respect.

... and the purpose is....

We do many things in our day to day life.. did we ever introspect ourselves, whats the purpose?

My frnds did MS in US, some did Mtech in a local college. whats the purpose??

Is that to get a good job?? whats the instinct??

I am writing this blog, why?? whats the purpose??

Before i say my view on this, we shall see every item in detail...

People credit the purpose as instinct.. I have another question here, Is that valid?

I say "NO" Instinct?? whats your instinct, you cannot sleep because you are not pursuing MS/Phd/anything as such??

Do you know why flowers have colours though leaves of all plants have green leaves??

According to the psychology of non-living things, different flowers have different colours just to attract bees, that help in pollination. i.e. sex, which gives ultimate pleasure.

Happiness... Happiness.. Pleasure is leads to happiness. so buddy, the ultimate purpose is the pleasure.

Why do i do.. i find pleasure in doing that.:D

now the same question i've asked you in the first para.. Why did my frnd do M??S

the ultimate purpose is pleasure, but not the immediate. The immediate purpose may be anything..

We feel guilt, we might not feel sleep, though lying on the cot, because that ultimate purpose is not satisfying.

Eg: i could not crack some Exam, so what bugs me is, "Whats my future nnow?? who would respect me now?? what would others think about me?? am i a dumb?" That pulls off the pleasure. If i did that exam because my dad told, I am are least bothered about my score..but even then i feel tensed, just thinking "would my dad allow me to be in the house?? what would he impose upon me now? will i be asked what i want to do?"

even this pulls off the pleasure.

Put your interest in anything you do, then obviously you can feel the ultimate pleasure. But i dont say that this ultimate pleasure will be there every day. If you want this pleasure everyday, fight for it. strive for it..

why should I tell you??

I used to wonder what lovers speak for long hours?? We meet some frnd, ask "whaaaatzzz up?" he says "nothing", and we "oh ok.. cools, so??" If the same person is asked by his girlfrnd, the same question, "whatsz up darling?" he would say " many things for you baby"..

well.. I am not interested in telling what are those personal things that run between lovers, but here, i want to focus on that particular limits defined by a person.

why that person is not able to speak much to frnds but to to his girlfrnd.. or one speaks more things to one set of frnds, than to some other (set of) frnds.?? what is that thing, which is limiting you to speak less to some ppl..??

hmm.... I would like to define that limit as a "Sync Point".. Everybody experiences this sync point.

when we meet a new person, in that first look, we try to understand, how this person would be and make frnds, during this process, we dont tell everything what ever happened in our life, or i say, we dont show them what actually we are to them. First what we do is, talk to them and by their actions we define how they accept you. That creates some belief. That level of belief is the point where we define the first "sync Point".

That level of belief we have on the other person defines the sync point. The level of belief increses by knowing the other person and hence the sync points increase, therefore the content we share to frnds increases.

The sync points are not defined by the compatibility, if two ppl are thinking alike, that doesn't mean they have belief on each other. So buddy, if the person whom you treat as your frnd is not sharing things with you.. butddy then understand that you could not create enough sync points. I will exemplify this thing.. if you are going to making a strategy how to complete some task.. or say, how to tackle your girlfrnd, or with some problem... or blindly i say, to whom you can say that you mastrubate.... that makes the difference. I dont think i am differentiating frnds and acquaintances....

P.S: Not always true with Love at first sight.. i dont believe that, currently i dont have any points on that. well, thats entirely another experience

Reason for Frustration in office

One of my teammates today said that she is angry..:@ ooh.. oo.oo.oo... I wanted to analyse why she is angry.. Then i've asked her the reason, she told "i dont know but i am angry."..

well, what are the reasons for anger and frustration in office. Motivation is one one of the reasons. According to Herlzberg's two factor motivation theory or dual factor theory i.e.motivators and Hygiene factors. Motivators are challenging work, recognition, responsibility that give positive satisfaction, arising from intrinsic conditions of the job itself, such as recognition, achievement, or personal growth

Hygiene factors (e.g. status, job security, salary, fringe benefits, work conditions) that do not give positive satisfaction, though dissatisfaction results from their absence. These are extrinsic to the work itself, and include aspects such as company policies, supervisory practices, or wages/salary.

Hygiene factors are needed to ensure an employee is not dissatisfied. Motivation factors are needed to motivate an employee to higher performance

Though these factors are satisfied, there is one thing that makes one very much angry and frustrated... want to know whats that??

That item is nothing other than BOSS... Owner of one of the MNC says "Boss is the reason for every resignations"

Boss is none other than your Manager....

So what did your Boss/Manager do??

I know, you are very much talented, you are Hero of the task you are dealing with. But your manager/Boss says, "why are you taking this much time to complete this task??" or behave rude just because you are not able to complete the task in the stipulated time which he/she expects. Well my question is for the manager/boss.. who asked you to assume that the task would take that amount of time??? of course, you and I know that you have no knowledge on the task. I have a simple justification to ask this question, you've worked in my designation 5-6 years back and now the technology is developed and you dont have any knowledge on what i am dealing with and you've got a roll change just because you are able to manage ppl.. OK I dont want to go off the drive.

A note to all the Managers/Bosses... Hello dude, i know you are good at managing your resources, i know some managers who still code/do QA activites for the team, but buddy dont promise your clients untill you talk to your subodinates... Dude, please understand the technical problems, be broad minded.

Note: I am not talking about lazy employees. Dear Employee show somw zeal, your manager will obvoiusly show some curtesy atleast.

I am not talking about those managers/Boss who have more technical knowledge than the subordinates.. If you have, please train your subordinates.

I am not talking about those subordinates who are dont want to take responsibility.. well, dude! why are you doing your job, if you dont want to take the responsibility of what you've agreed to do?

I am talking about those employees who have zeal to work, and have technical knowledge than their managers/Boss.

PS: I have the best managers. Both are too good. They are awesome.

How we describe others?.. Attribution

Hiiiii... I had a conversation with many ppl who are explaining how other teammates/friends are.. From those small talks, i got an idea to post this.

The post is about, how people attribute others to certain adjectives, and how far they are true?? Before talking about that, we shall learn why people want to estimate others personality

so, Why do we estimate others? Here is what i say, we try to understand others, when we live/be with them, till the time we are with them (mostly). As an active perceiver of the events, the average person continuously and spontaneously makes causal inferences on why the events occur.Eventually, these inferences become beliefs or expectations that allow the person to predict and understand the events that they observe and experience. When an internal attribution is made, the cause of the given behavior is assigned to the individual's personality, attitudes, character or disposition. When an external attribution is made, the cause of the given behavior is assigned to the situation in which the behavior was seen (that the individual producing the behavior did so because of the surrounding environment or the social situation). one can determine how others will affect one's personal life

Now coming back to the point, how people attribute others to certain adjectives, and how far they are true?? For example... people start smoking,during teenage, that is to show to their friends, that they are mature enough, thats how social expectations move... and now If I like smoking and drinking, untill the other person (who don smoke/drink) shows enough activity in something other which is out of my scope of thinking, i estimate him/her as immature (this is just an example of how we understand others). how far this is true??

Another instance, if we try to determine personality of the other person we see them in the dimension in which we are already in... If we can understand that someone is show off kinda.. then you need to understand that at one point of your life, you've showed off.

When we try to understand his/her acts, we try to determine others comparing to our likes and dislikes. At times, we think that someone is selfish/jelous/ or some other adjective defining someone's personality. So, now you should understand that those adjectives you've thrown at others are once (or currently) define you in someway. Attributing others should not be done immediatly after looking at some event happened, but before we do so, we need to study the situation, and the person's previous experience and effects that the person take to himself after that event.
